Property Management

The management fee is 10% of gross rents collected each month. If your property rents for $1,500 per month we would collect the rent, deduct 10% ($150) and send you the remainder right to your bank account. 

Finding a tenant takes a lot of time and effort. We charge 50% of first month's rent to select the right tenant for your property. This covers listing the unit for rent, tenant screening, background and credit check. We also guarantee the tenant for 12 months. 

One of the most difficult aspects of property management is having the right maintenance team in place. We have a great local contractor in place to do all repairs and maintenance billed by the hour.
