Agents that complete 5 or more transactions in a rolling 12 months will receive a commission split of 90/10,

Agents that complete 10 or more transactions in a rolling 12 months will receive 100% commission on all transactions.
Team Lead
A team lead is a top producing real estate agent who is supervised by a broker but is also in charge of a team of salespeople.
Lead sales 100%
All team leads receive 100% commission splits on all real estate transactions.
Team Sales
As your team grows so do you! Team leads share in the brokers profits on all sales generated from their team!
Transaction Coordination
Earn more money by offering transaction coordination to our team members. Up to $499 per transaction.
