commission structure

Our agents are offered a minimum commission split of 80/20 on all real estate sales

Agents that complete 5 or more transactions in a rolling 12 months will receive a commission split of 90/10,

Agents that complete 10 or more transactions in a rolling 12 months will receive 100% commission on all transactions.

It's $0 because that's dumb to charge an office fee. All agents have access to our professional office space at all hours of the day, free of charge! 

All real estate sales shall include a "Transaction Fee" of $499.00 per transaction. This fee may be paid by the agent or the client. 

Referrals will be paid to our agents as a flat 90/10 split
