Fee schedule

Rent collection is the most basic service we offer. Collecting rent can be the hardest part of owning rental properties. For a 10% Fee we will collect the rent from your tenants and send it directly to your bank account. 

Dealing with tenants is tough work! For just 5% more we can handle all communications with existing or new tenants. Calls, texts and emails all become our problem! Not yours. 

Finding a good tenant that will respect your property and pay on time is hard work. Meeting prospective tenants and showing the property takes time and effort. Our screening and placement fee is equal to one month's rent with a 12-month tenant guarantee. 

We have on staff maintenance men who are highly trained in rental property repairs. From unit turn overs to replacing locksets. We have it covered. Maintenance and repair items are billed hourly at $50.00 per hour plus materials.  

Evictions can be a cash flow killer. Don't let inexperience cost you money. Hire us to clean up your property and get rid of the bad tenants! We charge $50 per hour plus $40 per legal notice served. Please note court filing fees will be an additional charge.
